If you have a problem with the CommuniGate File module, open the Server
Settings dialog box and set the Log Level to All Info. Send a message
directed to the File module. Open and read the tail of the current CommuniGate
Log: there is the information about the problems the CommuniGate File module
has met.
Don't forget to reset the log level after the problem is solved.
If you still cannot find the source of the problem, E-mail your CommuniGate Log to support@stalker.com with the detailed description of the problem as you see it. Include the information about the versions of your CommuniGate Server and CommuniGate File module (use the About CommuniGate command from the Apple menu in the CommuniGator application).
